Caregiver Training
Anyone who has ever acted as a caregiver for a loved one knows, too well, how challenging it can be. Our staff members undergo a mandated training curriculum as determined by the Ilinois Department of Public Health. Additional training on the care of clients with memory care issues is also provided.
We are fortunate to have been in business since 2007 and have attracted and retained some of the most experienced, compassionate caregivers in the Chicago area.
As part of the ongoing supervision of our staff, we provide a client care supervisor to visit our clients and staff either in person or virtually and to make sure our plan of care is being followed properly. Communication with our agency management is crucial to assure family members that our staff is always performing at their best.
